ADM Club is operated by ALESYA DE MONACO LTD, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 15370330. Key contractual information will be provided to you electronically via your account after an order is placed.
2. Definitions
ADM Club: Refers to the private, invitation-only members’ club operated by Alesya de Monaco Ltd., a company duly incorporated under the laws of England and Wales. ADM Club provides access to a curated digital platform offering exclusive luxury products, experiences, and services.
Marketplace: Denotes the private, members-only digital platform provided by ADM Club through which eligible Members may browse, interact with, and purchase products. The Marketplace is structured as the SHOP, comprising two principal sections: The Atelier and The Pop-Up. The platform incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance functionality, support, and user experience.
Platform: Refers to the custom-built software and technology infrastructure powering and operating ADM Club Marketplace. The Platform facilitates browsing, ordering, communication, payment processing, membership management, and all other related services in a secure, AI-assisted digital environment.
Member: Refers to any natural person who has been invited, approved, or has submitted a successful application to join ADM Club, and who has been granted active access credentials. Members are entitled to access the Marketplace and to transact with Makers and Dealers.
Maker: Refers to any invited company, artisan, artist, or designer who independently offers goods or services through the Marketplace. Makers are granted a dedicated profile and operate autonomously in accordance with ADM Club’s curation and policy.
Dealer: Refers to any invited company, gallery, brand, collector, institution, or curator featured in the Pop-Up section. Dealers may include verified resellers and curators who meet ADM Club’s artistic and commercial standards.
3. Membership
3.1 Eligibility and Admission
Membership is granted exclusively by invitation, application, or internal approval. ADM Club retains full discretion to evaluate all applications and may accept or decline without obligation to provide justification. An invitation, application, or activation code does not constitute a right to access.
3.2 Activation and Account Access
Upon approval, Members receive an email prompting them to create secure login credentials. Members are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and are liable for all activity on their account.
3.3 Suspension or Termination
ADM Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership, at its sole discretion, if it determines there has been:
• A breach of these Terms;
• Conduct deemed unethical or damaging;
• Any reputational or legal risk to ADM Club.
3.4 Membership Gifts
Subject to availability, Members may offer a membership as a gift to a third party. Gifted memberships are automatically activated—they undergo the facilitated verification and approval process as standard applicants.
3.5 Non-Transferability
Membership accounts are strictly non-transferable and are intended solely for the approved individual.
4. Use of the Marketplace: Member Responsibilities:
By using ADM Club Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You buy directly from Makers and/or Dealers
• Order process
• Makers and/or Dealers are responsible for fulfilling their obligations
• Your Responsibilities When Purchasing

4.1 We provide a unique service
ADM Club’s Marketplace is a curated digital platform enabling invited members to access and purchase products from selected Makers and/or Dealers. We provide a secure and exclusive environment, we may host or promote digital auctions where transactions are facilitated, but not owned or operated by ADM Club.
4.2 You buy directly from Makers and/or Dealers
When you make a purchase on ADM Club’s Marketplace, you are transacting directly with the Maker and/or Dealer. ADM Club does not act as an agent, nor does it take ownership of any product. We are not party to the contract formed between the Member and the Maker and/or Dealer and are not responsible for its fulfilment.
4.3 Order process
4.3.1 Placing an Order on the ADM Club Marketplace
When you purchase a product through the ADM Club Marketplace:
• You may request additional information by using the Chat function available on the product page.
• You select a product and initiate your order.
• By placing the order, you agree to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant Maker and/or Dealer.
• You choose an available and approved method of payment.
• ADM Club acknowledges receipt of your order.
• The Maker and/or Dealer will then review your order and either accept or reject it at their discretion.
• Upon acceptance, the product will be produced or prepared, including any additional features or services you have requested and paid for.
• When the item is ready, a shipping offer will be presented. Once you approve and pay, the shipment will be arranged.
• The Maker and/or Dealer is responsible for delivering the product directly to you.
• The final invoice will be issued by the Maker and/or Dealer with the delivered product together with any additional invoices relating to delivery, shipping, special requests, or any extra costs incurred during the order process.
A binding contract for the sale of the product is formed directly between you and the Maker and/or Dealer. ADM Club merely facilitates the process and is not a party to the contract. ADM Club assumes no liability for the execution or performance of the agreement.
4.3.2 Rejected Orders
Orders may be rejected by a Maker and/or Dealer for various reasons, including but not limited to unavailability of the product, pricing errors, or failure to meet internal criteria. If an order is rejected, the Maker and/or Dealer is expected to notify you promptly and refund any payments received.
4.3.3 Deposits and Instalments
Certain products may require an upfront deposit or staged payments. If applicable, these requirements will be clearly communicated to you during the ordering process. The terms governing such payments are subject to the relevant Maker and/or Dealer’s policies.
4.3.4 Fees and Taxes
You are solely responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes, duties, fees, and import charges associated with your purchase. ADM Club does not assume liability for any failure to pay such amounts or for the accuracy of tax-related information provided by third parties.
You are solely responsible for paying the amount due in the correct currency and you are solely liable for additional costs, charges or liabilities arising from currency conversions. You are solely responsible for paying additional charges applied by payment processors or financial institutions when making payments and in relation to the transfer of monies between currencies and countries. All such costs and liabilities are beyond ADM Club's control and remain your responsibility. If you feel that any currency or payment costs, charges or liabilities are not your responsibility then you must address this issue with the Maker and/or Dealer and under no circumstances is ADM Club responsible for such charges.
4.3.5 Delays in Supply
If there is a delay in fulfilling your order, the Maker and/or Dealer should contact you as soon as reasonably possible to inform you of the revised timeline. ADM Club does not accept liability for delivery delays or any resulting inconvenience or loss.
4.3.6 Product Variations and Specifications
The actual appearance of a product (including colour, dimensions, packaging, and finish) may vary slightly from its online depiction due to device settings, photography, or artisanal production methods. For handmade, bespoke, or pre-ordered products, all sizes and specifications should be treated as indicative unless otherwise confirmed in writing with the Maker and/or Dealer.
If the product is made or customised according to your measurements or specifications, it is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided are accurate. Additional fees may apply for re-deliveries, added personnel, rescheduled services, or access arrangements, particularly where delivery, installation, or special handling is involved.
4.3.7 Issues with an Order
ADM Club is not a party to the contract between you and the Maker and/or Dealer and does not assume responsibility for resolving disputes or performance failures. If you experience a problem with an order (e.g., non-delivery, damage, or misdescription), you must:
• Contact the Maker and/or Dealer directly via the Platform interface and allow at least 48 hours for resolution.
• If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact ADM Club for assistance contact us. ADM Club has full discretion to determine the extent of its involvement and reserves the right to decline assistance at any time. ADM Club is under no obligation to issue refunds or intervene in disputes.
We may process and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice to assist with dispute resolution.
We encourage Members and Makers and/or Dealers to resolve disputes directly. In general, Makers and/or Dealers are expected to:
• Deliver products to the address provided by the Member within the estimated timeframe;
• Ensure products arrive in undamaged condition; and
• Ensure products conform to the agreed description.
Return, exchange, and refund policies are established individually by each Maker and/or Dealer and should be reviewed prior to purchase.
4.3.8 Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation through the Platform interface, but the decision to cancel rests solely with the Maker and/or Dealer. ADM Club cannot compel a cancellation and accepts no liability if the request is declined.
4.3.9 Returns
Returns are governed by the Maker and/or Dealer’s own policy, and not all Makers and/or Dealers accept returns. It is your responsibility to review the return terms before purchasing.
If you are based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery under consumer protection law. This “cooling off” period may apply unless the item is bespoke, made-to-order, or otherwise exempt. Refer to the relevant return policy for details.
4.4 Makers and/or Dealers are responsible for fulfilling their obligations
The Maker and/or Dealer are wholly responsible for the sale of their products and for dealing with any issues or claims that may arise out of or in connection with your contract.
Our Makers and/or Dealers and their products are carefully selected however we do not guarantee or endorse any products sold on ADM Marketplace or any content posted by us given them by the Maker and/or Dealer on our site, for example, product descriptions, photographs or the the Maker and/or Dealer’s terms and conditions. Each Maker and/or Dealer will have its own processing times, delivery methods, and sales policies.
4.5 Your Responsibilities When Purchasing
By using ADM Club’s Marketplace, you agree to the following:
4.5.1 Review Items and Policies Before Purchase
You are responsible for:
• Carefully reading all product descriptions, specifications, and supporting materials before placing an order;
• Reviewing the applicable return, refund, delivery, and cancellation policies of the Maker and/or Dealer;
• Ensuring that any bespoke or made-to-order item meets your expectations;
• Understanding that each Maker and/or Dealer operates independently and may apply different service terms.
4.5.2 Provide Accurate Information
You must:
• Submit accurate billing, delivery, and contact details when placing an order;
• Ensure that delivery instructions are correct and sufficient to allow successful fulfilment;
• Promptly notify ADM Club of any errors or changes to your information.
ADM Club is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete details provided by you.
4.5.3 Make Timely and Secure Payments
You agree to:
• Pay the full amount due for your selected item(s) using approved methods, including credit or debit cards or bank transfers processed by third-party payment service providers;
• Comply with the terms of those third-party providers;
• Permit ADM Club to share necessary personal or transactional data with those providers solely for processing and fraud prevention.
Please note:
• Payment processing times may vary depending on your location and that of the Maker and/or Dealer;
ADM Club may contact you directly to assist in resolving any payment-related issues.
4.5.4 Communicate Exclusively Through the Platform
All communication concerning a purchase must take place through the messaging interface provided within the ADM Club Platform.
You must not:
• Share or request personal contact information in an attempt to communicate or transact with a Maker and/or Dealer outside the Platform;
• Encourage or arrange off-platform sales;
• Engage in any conduct intended to bypass ADM Club’s role or fees.
You also agree that, when using the communication interface, you will not post, send, or transmit any content that:
• Is obscene, offensive, inflammatory, or abusive;
• Promotes or facilitates any unlawful activity;
• Is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent;
• Violates the privacy or rights of another person;
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or database rights;
• Implies any affiliation with ADM Club without authorisation;
• Breaches any contractual or legal obligation owed to another party.
ADM Club may remove such content, restrict access, or take appropriate action in response to any breach of these terms.
4.6 Your account
Once your membership is approved and activated, you will receive credentials granting access to your personal ADM Club account. This account is your exclusive gateway to engage with the Marketplace and must be used in accordance with the terms below.
4.6.1. Use of Your Account
Your account enables you to:
• View curated offerings from Makers and/or Dealers;
• Place orders and complete transactions;
• Communicate with Makers and/or Dealers via the Platform’s messaging interface.
You must ensure that your account is used solely by you and only for lawful, permitted purposes.
4.6.2 Account Integrity
You agree to:
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure;
• Use a strong, regularly updated password;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal and contact information in your account settings;
• Notify ADM Club immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or account misuse contact us
You must not:
• Share your login credentials with anyone;
• Allow another person to access your account, even if they are a Member;
• Create multiple accounts for any reason, including to avoid enforcement or platform restrictions;
• Attempt to access any other Member’s account.
4.6.3 ADM Club’s Rights
ADM Club may, at its sole discretion:
• Restrict, suspend, or permanently disable your account if misuse or breach of Terms is detected;
• Remove or restrict access to areas of the Platform;
• Take enforcement or legal action to protect the integrity of the ADM Club environment.
ADM Club accepts no liability for unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to comply with the above obligations.
4.7 Variations to these terms
We reserve the right to modify or terminate any service for any reason at any time, with or without notice.

Our complaints policy. Our Member's Concierge will do their best to resolve any problems you have with us or our products as per our Complaints policy.
4.9 You have several options for resolving disputes with us
Resolving disputes without going to court. Alternative dispute resolution is an optional process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. We would prefer to explore alternative dispute resolution where possible. If you would like to submit your complaint to an ADR entity we will work with you to select one and facilitate this. If you're not satisfied with the outcome you can still go to court.
You can go to court. These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a consumer we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
4.10 Other important terms apply to our contract
Nobody else has any rights under these terms. These terms apply to the relationship between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (like paying) or for doing something you're not allowed to, but that doesn’t mean we can't do it later.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Use
All content made available on ADM Club Marketplace, including text, editorial material, product descriptions, photographs, images, videos, graphics, logos, designs, layout, software, AI-generated content, and the overall curation (the “Content”), is protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise stated, the Content is owned by or licensed to ALESYA DE MONACO LTD (ADM Club) and/or owned by the relevant Maker and/or Dealer, who grant ADM Club the right to display such Content on the Platform.
The Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted, stored, adapted, scraped, framed, mirrored, or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of ADM Club or the applicable rights holder, except for temporary viewing on a device and personal, non-commercial use strictly within the functionality of the Platform.
In particular, you must not use the Content for commercial purposes; reuse or publish it on third-party websites, social media platforms, or publications; use any Content for training AI models or datasets; or remove or alter any copyright, watermark, or proprietary notices.
Any unauthorised use may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership and may give rise to legal action.
